Overall, it was a lovely stay and we really enjoyed the beautiful setting.
Positive: The lake view is absolutely stunning, and the room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent—they responded quickly and were always helpful.
Negative: The room is located downstairs with a few steps, which could be a little tricky on rainy days with heavy luggage, but otherwise it was manageable. The only small point for improvement would be the upper loft in the second bedroom, which could use a little extra attention with cleaning.
